OSiO computers are designed and tested for Windows 11. Operation under Windows 10, Windows 10 Pro or LTSC versions is not fully guaranteed. All drivers for laptops are only available on the official OSiO website at https://osio.ru/draivery. We are not responsible for installing any other drivers. To install the OS you can also use authorised service centres. Driver installation instructions: Depending on your version or build, some drivers may conflict or fail to install. Important! Make sure Windows has downloaded and installed all updates.
To manually install drivers:
- Download the drivers from www.osio.ru/draivery.
- Copy the drivers to a separate folder on the laptop.
- Open Device Manager: click the Start button and type “Device Manager”, or press Win+R, type “cmd” then run "devmgmt.msc".
- In the list of devices, any device that failed to install is marked with a yellow triangle and an exclamation mark.
- You can also reinstall/update any driver by opening the context menu of the component.
- Expand the device list and select the device. Right‑click and choose Update Driver.
- Choose "Browse my computer for drivers". Click Browse, select the folder with your drivers and click OK.
- Repeat steps 4–6 for all problematic components.
- Reboot the laptop. Important! Select only the root folder; Windows will find the correct driver. Windows may suggest installing a different driver — ignore this suggestion.
